Oh, I so needed new music--thanks for these, Stephanie!

"Won't you take me to that place when I lose my sense of time."

Yes, in losing a former, conventional sense of time, you can turn and reclaim it!

Don't give up on time just yet (Can we get rid of time already? Who's still using it?) It just needs a reframe. Here's a little of my process thinking about time, for you to consider :) --

Everything and everyone unfolds in time, and our very bodies incline toward an unrealized future. There is nothing — not one thing — that human can do to slow time down, to speed it up, or to stop it. Humility and presence are the most beautiful and useful human responses to the flow of time.

It is in the flow of time that we feel — that we apprehend and articulate — the what if: the possibilities of human evolution. The human subjunctive.

Possibilities are as real as what’s actual.

Time is the creative force of existence, and the mindful human experience of time makes possible creativity, novelty, openness, commitment, and purpose.

All of these gifts are embodied and realized in the courage of our convictions, in the beauty we create and share, and in the kindness we offer to persons, human and other-than-human.

thanks again for the music--the feel goods are awesome :)
